ScaleCloud is working towards conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We are actively auditing and improving our website to meet these standards. Some areas are fully conformant while others are in progress.

All non-text content has text alternatives. Captions and alternatives are provided for multimedia. Content can be presented in different ways without losing information. Content is easy to see and hear.
Operable
All functionality is available from a keyboard. Users have enough time to read and use content. Content does not cause seizures or physical reactions. Users can navigate and find content easily.
Understandable
Text is readable and understandable. Content appears and operates in predictable ways. Users are helped to avoid and correct mistakes. Language is clear and plain.
Robust
Content is compatible with current and future user tools. We use valid, semantic HTML. ARIA attributes are used correctly. We test with assistive technologies.

Known Limitations & Ongoing Work
We are aware of the following areas currently under improvement:
- Some older PDF documents may not be fully accessible — we are working to remediate these.
- Certain third-party embedded content may not meet our accessibility standards.
- Some complex data visualisations are being enhanced with text alternatives.
